Harambee exact revenge

Harambee exact revenge

Harambee A 5 - 1 Downend D

First to finish was Paul whose pressure against Black&#39s queenside castling won the exchange and subsequently the endgame. Lewis went material up but miscalculated, eventually coming second. I thought I was doing OK after a cramped opening but Noel&#39s clever trap won a piece and removed the queens. I managed to make him think a bit but the outcome was never in doubt. Abid applied tremendous pressure early on but Lloyd defended stoutly and it was Abid who made the slip. John and Shaun kept their opponents interested but couldn&#39t prevail.

My thanks again to the two reserves, the D-team may one day be all in the same place at the same time, but this was the strongest Harambee team I have ever sat opposite.
